Busy Plumbing contractor in Riverwood needs extra support in the office and are actively looking for an experienced scheduler. Ideally someone with trades experience would fit in perfectly but somebody switched on and eager to learn would be able to do the role!
We are particularly looking for someone who can navigate Excel pretty well and can communicate well.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Answering queries from clients, suppliers and technicians on the phone and via email
- Ensuring all job information is complete and accurate
- Ordering materials from suppliers
- Booking in jobs and scheduling the correct staff
- Preparing invoices
