They now seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Sydney team and provide growth with in the business across Australia and some overseas locations.
The Role:
- Based in the South of Sydney, the main focus of this role is to deliver a personable and effective end to end talent solution to meet operational resourcing requirements.
- Build strong relationships with leaders & hiring managers across all levels of the organisation and provide coaching and expert advice on the recruitment process & strategy when required
- Engage and build relationships with 3rd party agencies to assist where needed.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms.
- Prepare job advertisements, review & shortlist resumes, phone screening & interviewing, coordinating interviews & reference checks & negotiating offers
- Work closely with our wider HR team to ensure smooth onboarding to our new employees
The Candidate:
- Previous recruitment experience, including experience in the proactive search of candidates (2-3 years)
- Proven relationship development experience, including a strong ability to influence stakeholders and engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle;
- A hands-on approach and a 'can do' enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work with various stakeholders across the business along with 3rd party recruitment agencies.
- Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
- Commercial acumen, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
