This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive leader with strong technical skills and a background in FMCG or food production. The successful candidate will be trade-qualified—ideally as a fitter—and confident working closely with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a small site-based maintenance team in a hands-on capacity. Drive preventative maintenance schedules and ensure high-quality, timely execution of engineering work. Collaborate with production, QA, and R&D teams to proactively resolve equipment and process issues. Manage capital installations, including project planning, scoping, procurement, and commissioning.
