Responsible for collecting and recording asset data and undertaking asset condition assessments for building fabric, building services, and external grounds on sites in both the Perth Metro and WA regional areas (2 roles).

Role activities
- Ensure information for assets maintained on sites is complete and accurate, and is recorded in the correct format to enable upload into Maintenance Management System, and pricing by maintenance contractors.
- Support the development of robust and asset lifecycle plans through accurate asset condition assessments on premises including: - manufacturing, residential, hospitality and retail, Government Infrastructure and Commercial Offices.
- Professional and courteous manner when dealing with premises occupiers.
- Undertake work in a safe manner, adhering to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy and procedures
- Collect asset information using mobile devices and data collection software
- Validate existing asset data and location information (if applicable).
- Undertake high-level condition assessment of assets
- Record asset defects and prioritise defects according to risk and type of asset
- Barcoding of assets
- Record changes to existing site and floor plans.
- Update site plans with links to the asset register
- Current driver’s license with own vehicle for travel to sites
- Possess or able to secure a clean National Police Certificate
- Proficient in the use MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience in reading and interpreting site and floor plans, and architectural drawings
- Physically fit and able to undertake work requiring extensive walking both indoors and outdoors including in harsh environments, climbing ladders and entering Building Plant Rooms
- Ideally also able to travel to regional areas by road and air including remote towns for periods of up to 2 weeks at a time (2 roles)
