Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Invoicing/Complete Daily Work Orders
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Support quality control processes by reviewing and analyzing project outputs.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the documentation and reporting of quality assurance findings.
- Current Drivers Licence
- White card (Good to have)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
